I have the Clarion m303 on my electra glide. I love it has everything you, it's an affordable marine unit, and not to bright at night.

see my signature - 2 usb in the back, HD tuner (worthless now with SS 4.520), BT sound,5 band equalizer, ipod support. 4V pre-outs (including sub!). adjustable face color. got 2 usb lines underneath my seat, 1 32Gb usb plugged in. Downside of a huge # of songs is it takes the HU a bit to read the tags and start playing (20-30 sec)

could not resist the price at amazon (160!)
