Default Radio memory fuse blowing

So I was out riding in heavy rain this weekend in Norrh Carolina and my radio started acting funny so I decided to turn it off. The I notice that the radio went blank. The next morning at the hotel I noticed the radio memory fuse blew. I replaced it and it blew again.

So my question is have u all ever had this happen? Also any clue where I can start trouble shooting this.
I have a 2013 street glide with a stock radio and 2 RF300x2 amps w/ 6.5 front and 6x9 saddle bag speakers. No other radio mods. And the system has been installed over a year.
