I know you are ready to snap I had my speakers blowing over and over last week. I found out after 2 sets it was my ipod settings I had the eq set to high on ipod. I am running sony hu 7.1 titans and bt amp . After you hook it all up unplug one speaker at a time to rule that out. That way you know its not a speaker messing up. I will look more into this to help out the best I can. Lets just say I can take my fairing off in my sleep too .

John,
The ground wire from the main power harness is grounded to the bike just below the starter on the right side of the bike on top of the transmission. Same place the negative battery cable is grounded. Also, my son the IT guy noticed that the red light on the amp flashes in a pattern. 1......1.2.3.4......1.....1.2.3.4....etc
