I've never had to use the customer service for BT, but I love the speakers (7.1) on my RG. When my Kickers finally give out, I'll be purchasing some more 7.1's for the rear pods. One of the best speakers and warranty for the money...
Those Kickers are pretty much bullet proof Austin. . . Might be awhile
