Default Intercooled Aerocharger & stretched bags?

I really like power gains & reliability of the aerocharger, but I've got stretched bags. Has anyone had to mod the bottom of their bags to make room for the intercooler?

The inter cooler mounts below the bags. Give them a call and I'm sure they can help you out.

How do you like your ATP turbo set-up?It looks like you got some decent numbers out of it.

I kept it on the mild side, I could've gone more boost but was happy where I was for a 110.

The power is very predictable and smooth, it worked out just as I'd hoped. It really runs great. I'd consider this one done.....for now.

Trust me there never done LOL.I just had Drago punch my 107" out to a 117" .Sold my Stage IV blower heads and bought a set of SE 110 heads and had some massive head work done. When its all said and done it should run pretty good.

Good question - this system should be compatible with any extended bag that fits a 4" pipe. Heat isn't too much of a factor with our afterpipe - the turbo is going to absorb a lot of the thermal energy, and there aren't any baffles in the pipe that would trap heat in. We also Cerakote the pipe for an extra layer of heat protection.

^ that's what Aerocharger_jerry said in the 15 RG post in this section.

the cooler and turbo mount in FRONT of the bags, so your side covers could be the issue if they are drastically altered from stock.
