My Aerocharger Build
I am going to leave out the specifics until my build is done.. Once the final numbers are in ill release the build specs. But doing a smaller 107 type build with the 53 Series aerocharger. I am I am shooting for 200+ hp/tq on it
First run with this motor was all stock, got it on the dyno and (my fault) blew a head gasket 160/155 third pull ended up being a boost line that I screwed up.
Next it just wasnt running right too much boost (clogged lines and pinched come to find out this time not my fault)
So said screw it re ran all the lines 2 hours with zip ties and being paranoid. Bob Z came out and we took apart the turbo to check the vanes and there was no damage just had to make a small adjustment and BANG! ran like a rapped Ape!!!
It was riding great I adjusted the Vanes, no back fire, no poping, and pulling like a freight train. Then Bob Z pulled up next to me and pointed to me to pull over. Lost about a half of quart of oil.
It wasn't a bent line this time I am thinking either the people that put my bike together didn't do such a good job and there was more damage then anticipated or the parts were so stressed for pushing it so hard with bad lines that it just failed..
So figured screw it lets, weld and balance the crank and build up the motor so there is where I am at now. below is a pic of the bike with the aerocharger installed right before it blew up lol
So thats where I am out now, Heads and cylinders are getting powdered now and then sent off for head work. Oct / Nov when the heat is gone will be the final tune but I hope to have to back together and tuned 2nd - 3rd week in aug and Ill post specs at that point

I'm still getting some pinging as I continue to pull timing, so I'm hoping this will give me some relief with timing.
