Here's a chart from yesterday - keep in mind this is an over-rich safe tune that I am using until we datalog it, still got 96.9 HP and 88.5 TQ.

You can see it your out of tune at wide open you can see the dip in tq when your afr drops below into 11's And thats just one cylinder you are showing. I think with a good tune on the dyno you should be easy 110/115 hp with your set up.

Aren't the intakes on the sporters limited by the size to make big power?

No, running the stock ECM and using TTS Mastertune.

Still have some plans for improvements but if I get to 110 just from tuning I'll be more than happy!

Default No Turbos for Sportsters

The OP asked for a blower and I have nothing for him on what he asked. This 2009 Nightster's frame fell apart in 4 hours with a 100 CI S&S / Trask on it. Went back to a small motor and is only puling 125+ HP but it is holding together. This thing will handle up to around 150MPH but comes unglued after that. Building a 63mm Ohlins steering stabilizer trying to fix it.
