I've had similar experiences to others here. Dennis Kirk, DK Custom, FortNine, JP Cycles, Revzilla, all good.

I have one of those X-border mail / package setups and after placing orders for a project and/or supplies take a 3 hour drive to collect my packages. Many of these stores ship to American addresses for free if you order a certain amount.

There is no duty.

I pay $3 per package to my US mailbox service and HST when I cross the border. It is very easy to save the cost of the trip and then some when doing this, especially since a couple of my buddies do this too and we share / alternate cars and trips. FedEx and UPS still charge unwarranted border brokerage fees,, per package,, and its nice to avoid their looting and take advantage of "free shipping" from the stores as well.

HarleyBP I was just going to order a set of Custom Dynamics from Dreamcycles but it seems when I put the part numbers in that I needed only one showed up. Were you able to get everything you needed by phoning them.

Just got a set of Once Fired .50 cal BMG Bullets Black passenger foot pegs from JT'S CYCLE PARTS through EBay.

They offered free shipping in the US so I had them sent to Texas and then a family member brought them when visited last week

No issues with the transaction and the parts where as good or better than expected

Dennis Kirk, out of Minnesota, stocks 90% of what they list. Their web site is set up to find items several ways, and they all work well. Tire prices are the lowest or match Jake Wilson. Most items they sell have a PDF attached with instructions for install etc. They have been my go to supplier for years. They do Canada.

These older threads are always good for finding something useful that is still relevant. Cheers!
