Default Carb Cutting out After Warming up on 99 Twin Cam

1999 Twin Cam with a recently installed dynojet thunder slide kit (8130) with a Vance & Hines air breather kit, SE ignition module and coil/plugs. Bike starts up and runs fine. Once the bike gets warmed up the carb starts to spit and sputter when rolling down the road, regardless of speed. I stop, pull over, and let it cool for a minute and then back on the road for a few miles until it happens again. The plugs look normal, so it;s not running too rich where they foul out.
As normal, the bike ran fine before all the modifications, so obviously something aint working right on the carb. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I installed the 185 jet and left the idle jet as is.

The float was good and set at the 15 degree point. Fuel filter.....only thing there is is the petcock. Didn't check that out since it ran just fine prior to the upgrades.

Behind the petcock (love the name) there's a screen filter in the tank.

Or maybe the tank vent is plugged and your getting a vacuum lock stopping fuel flow.
