Default 2006 XL1200R Sportster slow jet

I added a larger slow jet in the past, a #46, from CV Performance. The OEM jet was a #42. The problem is I moved from an altitude of approximately 3500 feet to near sea level. I has been running poorly in the low rpm range / acceleration limit. Today I replaced the accelerator pump diaphragm and the needle (with the H-D p/n 27094-88 N65C). It is running much worse at low rpm. I have aftermarket Rush exhaust also, but does include baffles within. Should I now resort back to the smaller OEM pilot jet (#42)?
