I was wondering if anybody out there has the idiot sheet on rebuilding these CV carbs? This bike is done being restored but want to rebuild the carb before i let it go. Its running, but not real well. Im assuming its from sitting in the 115 degree heat for a few summers. If you can help me out, i'd apprecieate it. Thanks

 

Buy yourself a carb rebuild kit, which will come with a complete set of rubber parts, gaskets, etc and possibly instructions. However even they will probably tell you to read your factory service manual! There is a whole chapter on the carb. There may also be useful videos on You-tube, there usually is!
