Default 1970s shovelhead issue might be carb related.

I am having an issue with my bike missing/cutting out. I thought it was electrical and I have installed a dynatek 2ki ignition and coil. I put in new HD 4R5 plugs and new wires. I have cleaned all wire connections and checked the battery. I rode to work today and my route is city (30-35mph) to highway (65mph) back to city (45mph). Im learning that if I'm in 1st, 2nd or 3rd it runs good intill you get the rpms up then it starts cutting out/missing. I can roll on the throttle ( put a load on the motor) and it runs good. If I'm in 4th gear it was running got from 30mph till about 45mph after that it was cutting out /missing. Once I got it to 70mph it seem to run good again. I didn't try above 70mph yet. So now I'm leaning towards carb issues again. I thought I read something about the accelerator pump but I can't find that info anymore. Or maybe the intermediate jet. I'm running a 93" stroker with a S&S super G. Anybody have any ideas on this?

With the fish-fins, I'd bet good money it is a carb-related issue.
Start the accelerator pump setting from bottom, 3 turns out.
As far as jetting..........couldn't say for sure at all.
.031-.033 intermediate(???), 80-up main(???)
