Default Oil in the Air Cleaner Housing

I have a 2015 SGS with less than 4000 miles on it. I have a Stage 1 Fuel Moto Intake, FP3 Processor and Vance & Hines Oversized 450s.
I've noticed some oil in the air cleaner housing area. Any thoughts?? Thanks

Yes the dirty hot air from your heads are vented back to your breather for EPA regulations. This can be fixed by doing one of two things 1. lower your oil level by 1/2qt or 2. add and external breather.

I went for #2 and got the DK Customs breather bolts. If you go on the site you will see a few options. Here is a link.

Just curious....Is it also possible that the increased air flow coming in with the K&N air filter causes more oil to be pulled in that can't be burned off, or is residual in the air breather tube? Thanks

Are you sure it's motor oil? It could be excess oil from the filter.

Separate the head breather from intake. Only there to please the EPA BS. Get it out to atmosphere . Just did it on mine. Cost nothing
