Default S&S Super E Jets for TC95

Hello friends!

Any question. I have bored a TC88A to 95ci, and have installed a SE-203 cams. I have installed a 2014 TC103 heads too, this have better ports.

I heed to buy a jets for my S&S Super E, originally are installed in a 1200 Shovelhead. I need to buy new jets.

Which are the better jets for this TC95A motor? Main and intermediate.

Thanks!

31/72 would be a good starting point.... Make sure you put in new plugs every time you make a change to the jetting. And to really get a good reading on the plugs do 100 miles.... before jet changes. but I think the .031 intermediate and 72 main would be a safe starting point...

Also set the mixture screw to 1 3/4 turns and the accelerator pump to 2 1/2 turns. that should get you real close...

Thanks!!!

In this Super E i have found a 0,028 and 0,064 jets. A friend will give me a 0,0295 and 0,072 jets.

0,0295 is a small jet?

Thanks

A .0295 is a common jet for a modified 80"er. Like I said go to the .031 your taking in more air and better flow with those heads and cam... 72 on the main might do ok.....

Hello, thanks!

I have a 1993 Fat Boy 80ci with EV27 and Super E, and few years ago i have installed the 0,0295 and the mixture it showed rich, it smelled much and spark plugs out something brown. I put the 0,028 and improved.

I'll try the 0.0295 they have given me, and if I see is poor, I will buy the 0,031.

I am very grateful for the help of people like you.

Hello!

I need to finish the engine first. Today i want to install rocker boxes, but this motor replaces the EVO in my Fat Boy, I want to switch this winter, but I need time.

It takes a while, but I'll tell you how it went.

Thank you.

Hello.

Sorry for the delay.

Finally I have used a 0,032 jet, but appears less rich mixure, the 0,031 can be the best jet. I can test late.

Finally my TC95 installed in my 1993 Fat Boy.
