Default Carb leaking problem

Im gonna be honest. Dont have much experience with carbs.
Noticed mine leaks gas, even when i shut the peacock off
Heard it was an easy fix

That's your overflow. Float might be stuck, open that big center bolt and push the float up and down. Sir, I think you have a mikuni.

Your telling me undo the big bolt and push up and down to see if its stuck

Yes. If you ever remove the whole bottom use new screws every time as they strip out. Be careful with steel screws too as the carb is aluminium. You can also pull the main jet and pilot( I think, defiantly 2 of them) to clean with the bowl still on. Just pull that bolt thing. And fyi check that bolt to make sure it's tight every once in awhile... Don't ask.

There are lots of videos on carb cleaning on youtube. They are all very similar. Easy job.

And put a vent line on the carb, run it down and under the bike. You don't want it dumping fuel on a hot motor.
