TC88 Carb differences

TC88 Carb differences
Does anyone know the difference between the 49 state and California carbs on the 03 Dyna's? 2 different part numbers but when I pull the microfiche up theirs no difference in jet sizes they use all the same part numbers.

The only differences I noted were in the backplate.

No idea! As you're not in CA I would search out a non-CA carb, if it's for your FXD. There are plenty of them on Ebay, no doubt elsewhere.
