That really is a decision that only you can make. Why dyno? A plug read is a very crude and imprecise thing - it only gives rough guidance on fuelling. Tuning by dyno is the only way to accurately set fuelling throughout the rev range, set ignition timing, and make adjustments to even out any glitches in the torque curve. Nothing else provides feedback on how good the settings are.
