Default supercharging a shovelhead

Hey to all, this is my first post on here.
as title says, i'm about to commit sacrilege and supercharge a low compression shovel, 88 cubic inches with Bonalite low comp pistons (6.5 to 1) , and stock conrods.
I might use an S&S super B carb, but i'm open to suggestions, the main question is; which kind of supercharger will fit this setup? i prefer a Roots type, and i think the best location for it is somewhere up front right below the fuel tanks.

What's a popular upgrade of this kind? I mean where do i look for such a supercharger? i prefer buying a used one off a scrapyard; something from a small supercharged car, but i'm hitting a wall here...

Any suggestions? pics? comments?

Thanks in advance

Alex

Alex I just love old shovels and have had the same one since the early 80s, but putting a blower on one really isn't a good idea. I've popped plenty of head gaskets on my FL and installed dozens of others that put hi compression pistons in them.
youre asking for trouble!
