Default carb leak - How to fix?

First problem with a Harley. Teach me

The gas leaks from where the red arrow is pointing..
It leaks when I pull the throttle
I'm used to carbs but on metrics.. the whole air filter hanging to the right is a new thing to me. Any reason it's leaking? Anything I can tighten down?

Your accelerator pump diaphram is bad it will ahve to be replaced its a cheap fix its under the cover directly below your leak held on by the 3 screws. im thinking around 10 bucks to fix mine.
you will need the diaphram, spring, the little oring and if possibly new screws

Bought one! thank you

Also took the old one out to make sure, it's pretty torn.
