I have a friend that has a 1948 HD Service Car and is interested in selling it.&nbsp\\; He has had the bike for over 30 yrs. now and is wanting to sell it because it just dosen't get used enough.

Not knowing the value of it, makes it hard to get a starting price, without going to high. And being too far out of a&nbsp\\;ballpark figure would discriminate any buyers.&nbsp\\; Any direction that you can send me would be appreciated.

Cheryl, Hi I know this does not help but it is worth $$ what someone will pay for it. The market is&nbsp\\;flat right now. If you don't have to sell it would be a good time to hold on to it IF you think the market will rebound. (IMHO) I have one listed in the classifieds for $12,500 and if yours is original depending on condition would be worth at least that. Post it here or on ebay with a reserve and see what kind of response you get.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; W
