Try the Harley swirl and scratch remover. The dealer should be able to help you out. There are a lot of plastic polishes out there that should be able to solve your problem.

I used the Harley Glaze as well - works perfectly on the paint for the small / slight scratches, and I was told it works just as well on the lexan; the bottle is marked as being safe for the lexan, and I was told at the dealer to use this, and not anything else other than soap & water to clean the windshield - they said glass cleaners would leave scratches (???)

Glass cleaners actually attack the plastic (They are for GLASS- not plastic). If you have a pilot shop nearby- the best stuff out there is called PLEXUS. 16 oz spray can--Airplane owners use it all the time on the lexan windshields. HArley glaze works on fine scratches. If they are deep- they will need polished out!

I think the Plexus stuff is what I picked up at one of our local bike shops. It works great on the windscreen. Plus, this time of year, my wife and I wear 3/4 helmets with face shields and the stuff is great for the face shield as well.

Our HD dealer carries Plexus, and it works well on windshields, face shields, helmets, etc.

Plexus works pretty good. Honda makes a spray ploish/cleaner in a black can that is cheaper and work even better. You can do the whole bike with it. After a couple of coats the bike stays nice and smooth, plus is easier to clean.
