what is your definition of best? drop by your local auto parts store and check out the detailing supplies section for MEGUIAR's MF towels. i get mine from COSTCO (one big bag that will last me a loong time).

These are my new favorite ones for general polishing and waxing. I just bought the 3 pack to try and I really like them, the best ones I have used.

+1 Chemical Guys makes some good MF's. So does Danase, DF Concours, and Pakshak.

But be forewarned; high quality MF's are not cheap. For most people, the better ones sold at Pep Boys, Autozone, Kragen, etc will suffice. But for those detailing aficionados, places like Chemical Guys, Danase, Pakshak, and DF Concours carries some awesome MF towels. I've collected hundreds of them over the years, and the one thing that I've learned is that the saying that "you get what you pay for" is usually true when it comes to MF towels.

Also keep in mind that different MF's accomplish different purposes. Long nap vs short nap...terry vs loop, diferent blends, etc.
