I use Pinnacle products. http://www.pinnaclewax.com

Found it when researching waxes for my Corvette and haven't used anything since. I get it from www.autogeek.com.

It really does an excellent job.

So what has been gathered from this thread?

IMHO Last Step Products (LSP) Rule of thumb.

Natural Wax:
Carnauba is the primary and there are others like Montan etc.
Waxes are known for their "show" appearance (not longevity)
Some will last a few weeks while others only last a few days.

Synthetic Wax:
These are polymers. Many "wax" products contain polymers.
These "sealants" are known for durability (usually a shiny look)
They last about 3-4 months. After applying allow 24hrs to cure.

Coatings:
These are the new guys on the block. Some are silica based.
Very hydrophobic properties. A few have a nice "look & feel".
They can last over 2 years. Allow 48 hours to thoroughly cure.

As far as waxes and sealants go...Find what YOU like & use it.

Pricing:
Wax prices range from $5 a jar to over $30,000 for a tiny tub.
Sealant prices range from $20-$50. Some emulate a "wax" look.
Coating prices vary from $60-$80 DIY to over $700 pro installed.

I use West Marine or Bass Pro Shops Premium Marine Polish with PTEF (polymers)- I use it on the bike (vivid black and all the chrome bits), on a dark blue 911 and on my triple-black Jeep Cherokee. And on the boat, too. A good quality polymer polish is hugely superior to the best carnauba wax. Great shine, keeps bugs from sticking, beads water like crazy.

Let's just say I know who makes these products (It's not like West or BPS make their polishes or cleaners or motor oils, etc etc etc) They go to company that does contract filling (private label products).
