glad to hear that you did'nt lose an eye bro. I hope you were on the phone with your lawyer first then the company that makes that dryer second. I got a little "Weed Eater" brand leaf blower for $26.99 that does a great job. And drying my Deluxe is the only thing I use it for. I've heard the stories about leaf blowers sucking in debrie filled air and then blowing iton the bike but there is nothing in the air that big that would take chunks of paint off the bike, and leave the chrome pitted. Go figure!

Just recieved mine from JP Cycles. I guess I better wear safety glasses when using it.

I have a new Electra glide ordered, I little leary about using it on it.

Thanks for the warning.

The exact same thing happened to me this morning. I was using the Cycle Dry and the impeller came apart. Plastic went flying everywhere. It broke my glasses and cut my face. A piece hit the satellite radio screen and destroyed it. I'm glad my grand kids weren't around. Could have been seriously injured. I'm going to try and contact the manufacturer and relay the warning.

I would get in touch with them and inform them.
Ya never know they might give you a new one?

I just do the quick wash and ride method. It's guaranteed to rain anyway as soon as I get the hose out.
