Default Street Bob Sparto Replacement Options!?

Looking for an option to replace or cover my FXDB sparto tail light. Based on what I've seen, the attached pics seem to be the most common solutions.
Anyone with experience or advice on any of these methods? Personal preference for best looking of the bunch?
I need some outside input at this point...can't make up my damn mind.
BTW I just had my fender powdered and if I can get away with having the holes welded without the use of bondo I may consider it. I just can't have bondo on there and not be able to powder the welded portions. Paint isn't an option.. $$$.
Also, I'm liking the Joker Machine Cafe LED style. Anyone have experience using this in place of their sparto light??

IMO #1 does not look good. #3 just looks like a black version of it. Pretty easy to do if you just want it black. I kinda like the sparto but I know there is plenty who do not. I think the least expensive way of doing it would be the license plate or I've seen people put decorative bolts in the holes (i.e. spikes for license plates, etc). I think the best looking option is filling it and getting it powdered, but probably the most expensive too.
I think it just boils down to what you like.

Yea that's pretty much my thought process too. Problem is the best looking is always the most expensive... haha I'd go that route but I've already dropped almost $5k on this rebuild and starting to pinch pennies at the tail end of it. Eh, probably drill a couple more holes to mount the tag plate....then in a year or so get it all welded up... F*** it.

we do welding fills and powder on these fenders. the main issue you will see is the back of the fender has a divit, that is the pain in the *** part.

I'll most likely be hitting you up in the colder months to do this. I know from these forums you do great work and considered you to powder my entire tin set but shipping would've been a b*tch. ha
On the other hand, shipping only a rear fender isn't too daunting. What do you charge for this weld/powder service?

I have the HD Chopped fender that replaces the fender with the hole in it, it's just sitting on the shelf, willing to let it go for the right price (PM me).

Here is a pic of when it was on the bike.
