This in a nutshell describes the Harley poser mentality.
There is Harley's and then there the rest of that other CRAP. Don't be that guy that rides CRAP. Just think about the day you pull into the bar and this hot *** chick say's is that a harley with a smile on her face. And you need to say no it aint and she huff's and turns and walk away LOL. Is that really what you want?

My buddy recently bought a 2014 Street Glide. Beautiful bike, got me excited about a bagger. On a whim I stopped by the Victory dealer. The Cross Country seems to fit me well so I'm actually considering it. I plan to test ride one soon. If I like it, and the numbers work, I may give up my beloved Dyna an go touring.
Has anyone gone to a Victory and come back to HD? If so, what brought you back?

GREAT BIKE and well worth the money from all of the articles I have read on the machine.. nearly bought one last month with the rebate and dealer incentives I could have bought it for $16999..
being the cheap bastard that I am I didn't want to kick in the cash difference with my trade..

I got numbers from my local HD dealer on a 2014 Street Glide, my trade in etc.... $16675 out the door for a color I didn't want. I contacted another dealer about 2 hours away, better price and the color I'd want. "We'll put some numbers together and get back to you". That was two days ago. Tomorrow I test ride the Victory. Since prices of used Victory's are less than what I'd finance on a new Street Glide, if I like it I may just pick up a used one and keep my Dyna.
