The previous fairing was just a Vrod cowl, didn't really do anything except for aesthetics. The 1/4 fairing I'm getting a lot of wind noise, only really get the buffeting when I'm doin 70-80+mph. I may have to adjust it a bit more...read somewhere that top is supposed to be lined up with your nose?

That's the basics of what most people say, including the vids from revzilla and the online folks about how to measure your windshield. It's what I did and seems to work very well albeit I still need to play with angle.

Yeah, I need to play with the height and angle some more. Looking at your sig pic, yours looks angled more forward than mine.

I added a laminar lip to mine and it made all the difference in the world with buffeting and wind noise.
