Default Laminar lip on ness fairing?

Anyone here got the laminar lip on a ness fairing? Trying to see how it looks in all black and if it works decent, or if I'd be better off ditching the ness.

Have one on my touring quick release. I like to see over the top and this lip allows me to lower the schield and still get the wind reducing effect. It seems to add about 1-2 inches. I put mine level with the top .

I've heard mixed but nothing so far how the do on a ness fairing. $80 is a hell of a lot cheaper than going with an all new fairing though. My goal is to eventually get a rifle roadster, but hoping to find out if the laminar lip will work in the meantime

AJ,
The lip will help. Love Rifle. They made me a custom windshield which is great. They communicate well and are willing to go the extra mile to get it right. I use the windshield in the winter months.
