True enough.

I think where the difference between the aftermarket and the factory shocks lie is that the factory mounts are off set top to bottom and the aftermarket are not. At least that was the case on my t-sport. When I installed my jri shocks I had to put a few washers on the inboard side of the bottom and get longer bolts. Your newest pics look about right to me
