Bar install

Ok thanks. The website I was looking at only had the 14" bars in the 1 inch diameter, but I see yours on the cruiser customizing web site. The 1.25" bars are a little wider at the base so I'll stick with the 1" bars for my street bob.

Feels great to tick that job off the list, doesn't it? Good job! I ran into pretty much the same kind of problems when I installed mine. Those cheap Burly clutch cables really aren't up to scratch, but the Magnum I eventually replaced it with is super nice. I like your bright grips up top - might have to steal that idea..

It does feel pretty damn good. Been wanting to do that for a long time. & I did it myself saving me around $700. The second cable burly sent worked fine, and they took care of me, didn't have an issue with anything thing else in their cable kit. I love these grips, they kind of grab you. That cheap rubber HD put on there had smoothed out and felt kind of dangerous. Pretty stoked about the way it turned out.
