I have used HD kits in the past. In the most part it did well. If you go with a HD kit-stage IV make sure you check the cylinders/piston real good. I had to have em cleaned up to match like it should. Going with the fuelmoto 107 kit is more promising
Go for the Stage IV - You won't regret it! Also recommend the 1.75 rockers - adds just a wee more lift.
Great point in adding the bigger ratio rockers......wish I had done that (would have been over 600 lift on my 585 cam). Will get that done probably next winter along w/ a bit more.....

You can't sit still for a bit? I am trying to catch up!

2013 WG, stage one intake, short shots ( may change to 2-1), and a power vision tuner. Wife owns a vrod, she doesn't ride it that well just get but when the time comes I don't want to be completly left in the dust. I know this won't get me all the way there but close. Mainly I just can't leave stuff alone and want to go faster than I do now hahah

Ok, with a 103" engine a Big Bore will not get you much but if you decide to do headwork then a BB is easy and more cost effective.
Before anything, check your crank run-out. The tool is about $100 but you could resale it for ~$75 pretty easily. If your crank is good, say .005" or less, then you are good to go, if not then that is a whole different story....
Basically, if your crank is good, pick out a good cam and 2 into 1 and be happy. If you decide on headwork go ahead with the BB, bigger cam, the 2 into 1, and go get a dyno tune(a lot more $$ though).
