well said! Not stirring the pot man we are just talking... i know you may think they all look alike but if you know your parts and start to really look some of the brake/drive line set ups that these cats run are awesome!! to be honest my bike is set up very much like a club style bike i just have different direction on my style. I used a set of 14" t bars to find my hand positions on my bars and then just designed a bar to get there, the way my motor is built is for light to light ripping and still keep long high way ride ability, my shocks go from 8-14", my front end uses progressive with racetech, i have a steering damper as well, heavy upgrades to the braking set up on my bike also... but looking at it you would never know, but i took ALOT of my performance queues from the club scene when i started to build my dyna... i love anything with 2 wheels, hell i still have a 2 cb350's and even a Kz200 i love to ride... if it has a motor and 2 wheels i just can not get away from it...
i use this to ride to and from my brothers house hahaha

It's very rare, as in maybe once a year, that I see a club style Dyna here in western WA. Oyster Run last month, 40,000+ bikes and I did not see a single one. Doesn't mean they weren't there, I just didn't see one. Their popularity seems to be regional.
I don't mind the look at all. It's not for me, but some of them are pretty sharp looking bikes.

I think the boys put it best
I live on an apartment
An the ninety-ninth floor of my block
And I sit at home lookin' out the window
Imaginin' the world has stopped
Then in flies a guy
Who's all dressed up just like the Union Jack
And says, I've won five pounds
If I have his kind of detergent pack
I said, "Hey, you, get off of my cloud
Hey, you, get off of my cloud
Hey, you, get off of my cloud
Don't hang around 'cause two's a crowd
On my cloud baby"
The telephone is ringin'
I say, "Hi, it's me, who is it there on the line?"
A voice says, "Hi, hello, how are you?
Well, I guess I'm doin' fine"
It's three a.m., there's too much noise
Don't you people ever wanna go to bed?
'Cause you feel so good
Do you have to drive me out of my head?
I said, "Hey, you, get off of my cloud
Hey, you, get off of my cloud
Hey, you, get off of my cloud
Don't hang around 'cause two's a crowd
On my cloud baby"
I was sick and tired, fed up with this
And decided to take a drive downtown
It was so very quiet and peaceful
There was nobody, not a soul around
I laid myself out
I was so tired and I started to dream
In the mornin' the parkin' tickets were just like a flag
Stuck on my windscreen
I said, "Hey, you, get off of my cloud
Hey, you, get off of my cloud
Hey, you, get off of my cloud
Don't hang around 'cause two's a crowd
On my cloud"
Hey, you, get off of my cloud

Don't hang around, baby two's a crowd
