I had a weird noise... Ended up being the rubber stop from my kickstand was gone

Yeah my front mount is toast it is cracked down both sides just like your old one. The video will be a great help changing this thing out this weekend, again thank you.

Many thanks to all that tried to help me with this problem, it turned out in fact to be the front motor mount. Just as a hint to all with the same problem, my bike would kind of hunker down ever so slightly when I would mount her and I simply passed it off as to front fork spring settling, but it was not. The motor mount rubber was cracked on both sides and that was causing the settling. Easy fix and thanks again to Tomt for the video.

That's kinda what my ol' lady does too. Do you think something on her might be broken?
