After what the dealer stated previously, "No" would be the likely answer.

 

Yelp and Google reviews are your friend. Or if you're really good at interwebs, call the dealer out on twitter and tag the MOCO. Almost guaranteed you will get a corporate response that way.

By all means, others should know about a shady dealer. Now if it's an honest mistake, that's a different story.

 

Before you blow the dealer out of the water, you really need to get your ducks in a row...

If that bike is on consignment, then the dealer is not setting the price, the owner is...if the owner changes the price, then the dealer's options are to sell at the new price or refuse the consignment.

To the OP...if you like the bike, think the newer price is still a good price, and you cannot find another deal on another bike like it at a better price, and if it is what you want, then pull the hammer on the deal and ride away happy.

 

If memory serves me, i believe the sales man told me that when he traded it in, he stated he wanted them back, but just the way he hurried up and told me ,was like he tried to think of an excuse why they weren't on the bike, just didn't feel right, i also seen the bike on craigslist posted since 9/17 ish, so it's been posted for awhile that way. hmm

 

Mistakes happen. Nothing you can do. A reasonable dealership should take some off the price or sell you a windshield and bags for a discounted price.

Wow they must have REALLY CHANGED the wide glide for '13,LOL! Even thought that's the wrong pic there is no way they would be selling a '13 wide glide for that!

 

If you squint really hard and close one eye - it kinda looks like a 13 Wide Glide
