OK so aside from tossing the tuner haha I tried to clean the IAC. Well took off my air cleaner and oil came out, thought that was a bit odd, but I cycled the throttle and I didn't see the IAC move at all. Sprayed a good amount of cleaner in there and she didn't move a bit. Think I found the problem?

 

If all else fails, check battery is fully charged and both cables are tight. Keeping cables tight cures a lot of problem. Theses cables will get loose and need to be tighten about every three months.

 

Well what's killing me is if I keep it under 60mph with low shifts and easy throttle use it runs just fine. One I get into it, raise the rpm's above 3k and let off, bam she's gonna die when I stop.

Oh and the IAC isn't moving at all. Is it supposed to?

 

So after more reading the IAC is supposed to move when I turn on my ignition. After working on the bike until close to 2 am, I've only succeeded in getting some really unhappy neighbors.

 

Change the Plugs and see if it goes away.

I had this problem once when I had a rich program in the Power Commander. Basically over time it would soot the plugs and if I rode a short time in the rich zone it would foul the plug. Usually happened wafter riding slow with a group and coming into town at the 1st light. Plug change is a bandaid as the new plug will eventually foul. I changed the MAP and issue no longer exists.

 

I will when I get home from work. I have a new set of plugs in the garage. This is my only ride to work so I guess it'll be slow

 

, I concur. I had a PCIII which gave me grief.

 

The PC Website has a few programs for your bike but none for your exhaust.
15-022-003 through -006 with basically 2 into 2 short, with and without baffles.

Do you know where the program you are running came from or if it is 1 of the available free downloads?

 

Yeah I called dynojet and they had one close to what I was running. It is M15-022-005 modified to stop the decel popping by changing the fuel to the negatives above 2500 rpms. I've ran this map for about 6 months now, maybe longer.

 

I'm going to toss the PC as soon as I can afford it.
