Oil stains? Back in the day, all Harley's came with leaking oil as standard equipment.

 

I had the same oil spots on my '14 street bob. hit it with some all purpose cleaner around 800mi when I did a full detail on the bike and havent seen a trace of it since. got 4300mi now.
