Great idea... Can't believe I didn't think of that haha. Thanks soft02 I'll go give that a shot.

Worked perfectly. That 55ft lbs should have sucked that shaft back where it should be right? That race was on there good haha. She didn't want to come off but I got her

I pressed the bearing out of the inner primary to powder coat it. Since I'm replacing the bearing I want to replace the race. I should replace the gasket on the trans door now that I can pull the gearset out, it's been weeping for a while

i have around what you are looking at, 124hp/148tq.
Guessing this was a typo. A 113 isn't making a legit 148ft lbs naturally aspirated, just sayin. That would be a tall order for a 124.

I am having the exact same feeling! I'm all excited about the cams and new carb I'm about to put in my 88. All of a sudden I'm feeling a little inadequate.

Not sure if all of this performance mod addiction/talk is getting to me, but thinking of adding a stronger motor to my 13 month old son's Hot Wheels scoot, LOL! God only knows what kind of motors will be out by the time he is ready.

Starting wheelies early:
