Rode downtown to see the progress on Ace Cafe USA.

Doesn't look like it will be opening anytime soon.

MoDoor Garage Door Opener. Dropped it in a place where all I have to do is grab the shock with my right hand and thumb is on the button!

Installed new exhaust gaskets since I didn't choose to do it upon install. Worth doing. Also ensured my heat shields were better lined up and don't have a squeak due to them rubbing. Then decided to add loctite to my AC screws since I decided I wouldn't powder coat it.

As a matter of fact I did. I had my 6 y/o son help me pull the rear wheel off, paint it and the pulley, and put it back on. Which made me even happier with the outcome. I can't get over how much better it looks.

Default Just thought about her...

Just thought about my bike today. Here's the current status picture (bad quality, adjuster took the pic).

Got in an accident on 4/13. Still don't know what happened. No memory of it and the cops told me 3 completely different stories. Was in ICU for 5 days. Broken clavicle, broken 7th rib in the back. Bruised lung and lacerated spleen but I got to keep it. Doing better now but won't be riding till the clavicle heals. Stay safe out there. I'll be back on the road again though!

I rode down to meet my new grand daughter. 11 week old Hope wasn't too interested. After polishing chrome a couple of days last week, I took my shinny, clean W/G mudding. The driveway to my daughters house needs work. LOL. I ain't even mad though. That little girl put a smile on my face all day.

Smashed at least a 1000 bugs while putting on about 300 miles this weekend.

Spring time in the northern SF Bay Area... Wash, ride, repeat.

Seems like you think I don't know how to polish chrome...but thanks for the comment and the compliment. I'm going to wet sand the lip with 600, then hit it with mothers. It saves HOURS and looks a lot better in the end. I'll post some pics when I'm done.
