The air baffle is used to aid in eliminating the air flow that comes up under the fairing and causes buffeting. It's not for cooling purposes.

Picked up the strut covers from the PC guy, and got them mounted up this afternoon.

Disregard the finger prints, crapy phone pics, dirty bike, and trash cans in the background.... Hoping to grab some time for a proper washing tomorrow morning.

Floorboards are done, complete shitshow getting that brake rod off. Don't know if the guy used red loctite or what. The torx bolts that came with the kit for the mid-bracket don't work, they're a ****-hair bigger than the mounting holes, I kept the longer narrower hex bolts from the mids that were on before and they worked.

Timing cover replaced to match derby, can't put my wrinkle black electrical cover on because my local dealers parts guys ****ing useless. No mounting studs were ordered.

Finally picked mine up after customs...The shipping company made a complete mess out of the paperwork so it took a minute to get the Italian customs folks to sort it out and release my bike. On a high note, this is the first bike in 22 years that I have had shipped with no damage. I was amazed when it came out of the crate. The bad though...I rode it through my little town and realize that I need to put a set of stock mufflers back on or a set of the newer Screaming Eagle ones...It's too loud with the houses as close as they are to the road. Anyone got a set to sell?

Waiting for some feedback. Does it seem to work?
