What did you do to your Dyna today?

Went for a short 30 miler to get a feel for the FP3 that I installed - bike is a 2015 Street Bob that came from the dealership with Screaming Eagle Stage 1 and Arlen Ness F-Bomb pipes. They had done the ECM flash when putting the bike together, but it always felt like it was running kinda... 'funky'.
Not any more. No decel pop, no 'grumbling' feeling at the mid-2000 rpm range, just a solid pull and so much more get-up-and-go that I'm having to adjust how I handle the throttle, because I'm hitting 50mph a few seconds after the light turns green, and I'd quite like to keep my license.
Having ridden down Highway 1 to Santa Cruz and back last Sunday before the FP3 arrived - approx. 200 mile round trip - I can already feel a noticeable improvement in how she's running. Might just have to do that same trip again this weekend. You know, for scientific research and whatnot.
Other stuff I did in the last couple of weeks:
Stock saddle gone, replaced with Mustang Fastback
Stock pegs gone, replaced with Speed Merchant Speed Pegs
Stock chrome AC cover replaced with a p/c black one
All reflectors and tank medallions removed
HD 1/4 fairing added
...and, whilst I'm away in Montana next weekend, Progressive shocks and springs are going in, and the stock Apes are being replaced with some 10" T-bars.
So, it'll be another blacked-out Dyna with a quarter fairing and t-bars. Should be easy enough to spot in a crowd, right?

Did an 8 hour ride. Got the preload adjusters and Progressive 430's dialed in perfect! Rode from Yuba City all the way around Clear Lake and back. A total of about 250 miles. The 23" up front handled pretty good but would like to go with a 16" for longer rides like this.

Nothing special, but very rewarding. Rode the **** out of it, came home and changed the oil, and then a wash and wax. Drank a few beers and admired the hard work.

Mounted up a new Commander II on the rear. I got 9000 miles out of the one I took off, a little more than I got from the stock Scorcher (8600 mi).
