Does anyone know if I can mount a 2010 Street Bob wheel (with 25mm bearings, bearing sleeve and brake disk) to a 2007 Street Bob with out any modifications if I use the 25mm axle, nut, washer and 25mm axle spacres of the 2010? Basically, I want to use all the wheel mounting hardware off a 2010 to mount it to a 2007 without buying new hardware or modifing any parts if possible, the bearings in the wheel are new and all the 25mm parts from the 2010 are on hand.

I switched to 25mm axles when I replaced my stock wheels to 2008 deluxe wheels. Front axle and spacers $79, rear $19.99 on ebay.

 

I got the axle he just needs the spacers.

 

So in my situation I had to order a Fat Bob front axle, went with Fat Bob trees.
The deluxe wheel I used required 1 ¼" and ¾" spacers. The front 25mm axle I ordered came with two 1" spacers, so I ordered an assortment of 13 25mm spacers on ebay. I've used 3 of them.
The stock size 1" spacers on the '07 street bob appear to be ⅞" and ¾". I'm using a tape not a micrometer. If your sure you need ⅞" and ¾" 25mm spacers-I have them.
I'm not sure the caliper on the newer front ends are the same...the rear is not, thats why I used the third spacer in my situation.
Anyway-I have a bunch of 25mm spacers and can part with 2- double check size and let me know. I send priority 2 day, you send a 10 dollar bill to return address to cover shipping and time, no need for paypal. Or if your not sure you can go to ebay and buy the 13 pack for $47.
