Default 2012 Bob 6" risers w/bushing kit. Bar wobble?

Hey all I installed a set of 6" risers with a bushing kit I got from Jp Cycles and the bushings are as tight as I can get them and the bars wobble? Any suggestions. I actually had to switch out the tree so I could add the risers. Do I need a better bushing kit?

The replacements are polyurethane? And you.installed with the washers and bushings? I just put 16 inch Carlini 1.5 diameter bars on my scoot and used the HD Poly kit. I have to agressively rock them back and forth to get any movement.

I'm not familiar with the bushing kit you bought, but you are gonna want to get polyurethane bushings. They are very rigid and you won't have much (if any) movement once installed.

It didn't say if the ones you bought were poly - these are a set of the poly ones they sell.
Did you switch bolts that came with the bushings you bought - I wonder if they might be too long and bottoming out possibly?

I've not used the countersunk ones, but those look like they should be fine. You got everything torqued down nice and tight?
