Default Street bob luggage racks?

What are you using and how do you like it? How much did it cost? I recently started using a backpack and although it works id prefer to not wear it. Just exploring other options. And how about some pics loaded up with your daily commute gear?

If there is already a thread like this please link me to it. Thanks guys!

Ill need to carry my lunch mostly, sometimes a couple other small items. In winter its cold in the morning and hot coming home so ill have a hoodie or jacket liner rolled up. Im also thinking about a small swingarm bag for day and night eye protection, cell phone etc. Iv been 100% against any of this luggage rack/ side bag stuff because i think it takes away from the beauty of the bikes lines. But, since iv been commuting, it makes so much sense to be comfortable and have everything i need. I found myself wanting to take my truck instead of the bike one day just because its easier. Not cool.

I have a fender bib on mine. Stuff can just sit on the fender now. Bit cheaper than a rack.

...and a bib will still scratch the hell out of your paint.

I have a rack sitting in my garage for mine, got it as a birthday present. I refuse to put it on until I need it to put the seat pillion on and haul somebody else, because quite frankly I think the luggage racks and soft saddle bags look terrible and just make it a pain to clean the rear fender. plus for what I carry a luggage rack doesnt do much for me. I've been much happier with a back pack and I need the back pack for school anyways, or hauling my lunch and water jug to work.

Oh man...how many more years does it have to be on there before it scratches my fender ??? I mean it hasn't done anything but PROTECT my fender....but it's only been a few years. Just curious at how many more years before I need to get moving on taking it off ??

I use a roll bag, does the job for anything from 3000km road trips to round the corner for bread and milk.

I'm too am looking for a rack that mounts with the solo seat bolt and the rear two up bolt bracket. Motherwell makes a curved or contoured 6" & 7" wide rack but I need a flat rack to lash large ring binders for work to. I have run across one or two but they were British and not cheap.

Is there any rack that mounts only with the solo and 2-up bolt holes and is there anything offered in a flat style?
