Ive used the vht on 3 bikes its great and can be had at pep boys for cheaper than ebay.

I get it at W mart. It is a good match. I put the painted part in the oven to cure, it tightens the wrinkle and hardens it.

 

and makes the wife very upset.....

 

It really doesn't smell much at all.

 

I have had much better luck with VHT with heat

 

I have found the extent of wrinkle to be a function of how much paint is laid down and the amont of heat applied. One coat at room temp doesn't yeild much but a good three coats and a heat source will yeild a major wrinkle finish. Blow dryers are good to control how much heat to what area for a consistant finish.

 

I use a heat gun right after application, then bake at 150 for 20 min.
I seems to not only tighten the wrinkle, but hardens it up also.
