Have you checked all your fuses? Changing out your bars, you might have grounded out a wire by pinching it (pretty common) and blown a fuse.

tsm equals no security,,, tssm = security system.... they do have a bank angle sensor if the bike is on its side.. but I reckon blown fuse

I know most new automobiles have a switch that shuts off the fuel pump in event of a crash, not sure it a harley has one, would have to look thru my service manual.
Also check for spark.
Harley does have a switch as loopie said, in the event you tip over / the engine cuts out, but I was led to beleive it is likened to a mercury switch and once you lift it up again it reverts back to the run mode. So fuses or a pinched wire possibly even a forgotten or mis plugged wire connector. Loosen you throttle grip and check the wire that goes to the "run" switch, that's what activates the fuel pump.

If the other bike was much older is the fuel pump compatible with a modern bike? You did not mention which model/year bike you have.

starting to sound like a master switch problem. There is no reason I can think of why your ecm would just die.

i have replaced all the fuses and relays, i am taking the bars a part now to check again. i have a 05 dyna lowrider, the pump is the same pump i just took it out of the old tank and put it in the new one. head lights runing and gauge lights work no blinkers. do you have to reset the bank angle sensor?

I had an 04 sportster that I dropped while it was running and the engine shut off. When I stood the bike back up and tried to start it the odometer said tip and it wouldn't start. I just turned the key off and back on and it fired back up.
