hi
i laid my bike down and tore up the front end and tank. i have put on new handlebars, tank, triple tree, and forks. i went to go fire it up and i get nothing. there is no check engine light when i turn it on all i get is the red key. i got the DCT codes and they are P- norSP S-none SP-u1064 T-none. can any body help me out.

Does your bike have a security system?

 

no it does not

 

do you hear the fuel pump run for a moment when turning on the key?
I know most new automobiles have a switch that shuts off the fuel pump in event of a crash, not sure it a harley has one, would have to look thru my service manual.
Also check for spark.

took a peek in the service manual, nothing about a safety for fuel pump, however if you do not hear the pump prime, sounds like a not getting fuel symptom. if you are getting spark, then you need to trace thru your fuel pump circuity, also confirm the the pump is good. if you have fuel and spark, it should fire up.
here is a little trick to rule out fuel, pull your spark plugs, pour about a thimble of gasoline in each cyl, replace plugs and crank it. if she fires for a few revolutions, then you know it is a fuel problem.

 

i dont know if the pump is good i took it out of my old tank it looked fine. i am worried that my ecm or tsm has gone out

 

no spark no fuel and not cranking over and not turn signals

 

You need to do some electrical troubleshooting. a H-D factory service manual has some decent wire schematics.
