Default Having a problem with #2 plug fouling

Hi, I have had my bike about 2 months now and have been having a problem with the #2 plug fuel fouling out within a couple of tanks of gas. I took in in for service and was told that I was not using my choke properly, which I didn't totally believe but to be fair I tried it their way. Same results. The #2 plug is still fouling out which is also causing me to get about 35MPG on the highway. Has anyone else had this problem. Any ideas on what else to check before I take it back and have to argue with them about it.

'05 Dyna Glide w/Carb. The plug is firing, but I am not sure how well. It doesnt seem to run all that bad, this is my first Harley V-Twin so i dont have the ear for it yet. It starts right up and seems to run fairly smooth at highway speeds, but when I pull in the garage I the exhaust smells rich. What's the best way to check the spark strength?

Maybe you might have a vacuum leak in the #1 ( Maybe at the head??)allowing most of the fuel to the #2 cylinder????
