Default Your winter 2014/15 mods, let's hear and see them

Feeling a little under the weather today, and was searching for the various show me your before and after threads but could not find it so thought I'd start a new one.

Let's hear or see the mods you've made this year and winter. I went over the deep end myself, pic of the bike this past summer then now. I only had the bike a few weeks before I did the exhaust, tuner, and seat. Since the late fall Here's the list. Considering it all started with the Christmas purchase of a tool set and service manual so that I could do my own work, I would agree with my wife that I've gone buggo and need to stop.

I enjoy reading everyone's threads and figured it would be nice to see some before and after pics if possible.

List from fall to now:

Traxxion fork springs and Ricor Intiminators
Vibra Technics front motor mount and stabilizer
Wild 1 pull back drag bars
Modified Ness fairing
Arlen Ness grips
Moto Illumination LED headlight
Custom Dynamic Dynamic Rings turn signal inserts front and back
Smoked lenses front and back
Andrews 57h cams
S&S lifters, quickee push rods
SE heavy duty clutch spring
Works Black Tracker shocks
Great Bike Gear turn signal, license plate relocation kit
Leather Pro saddle bags

Last minute items on the way:
Generic black levers
Custom timing cover

The Day I got it

Thanks Bobber!

Some great performance enhancing upgrades for you as well, that clutch just screams for a clarity cover...

Clutch pull feels great....way better than w/ the SE spring. Haven't been fully wide open with it yet (want to go easy on the first 500 miles) and when I drain the first fluid I will ride it like I usually do. I did go a few time past 5k and it felt great.

Mine are very mild winter mods compared to you guys.

I blacked out a bunch of parts with appliance epoxy. Air cleaner cover, battery box, coil cover, rear fender struts, cowbell horn, fork lowers, fork seal caps, triple clamps, headlight visor, headlight trim ring, and the top shock bolt cover thingys.

New black Burly 14" narrow glide ape hangers
Kuryakyn black ISO grips with large paddle throttle boss
Black clutch and brake levers
Black switch housings
New turn signals front and rear from DK Customs
Hogrida Lay Low license plate holder
Progressive 12" black rear shocks and 1" front fork lowering kit
New fork seals
New clutch cable, throttle cables, dual disc front brake lower assembly and upper brake line from Magnum Shielding in their Black Pearl finish
Ditched the Mickey Mouse ears speedometer and tach mount in favor of a single mount for the speedometer

I know it sounds like a whole lot of blackening out but trust me there's still plenty of chrome and shiny parts to give it some contrast.

Nothing mild about that list! Got pics? Out of curiosity, is the throttle boss pretty useful?

I like the throttle boss. It allows you to relax your grip and just cruise, your palm keeps the throttle where you want it. As far as pics I have a few, but the bike isn't put back together yet. I'm recuperating from an injury and am only able to work a little bit on it every day till my leg starts screaming at me. I'll post what I have though.

Lay Low plate holder and DK Customs turn signal relocation kit mounted on the bottom license plate bolts.
