Placed an order for shocks, intiminators, fork springs at the end of January.................still haven't received my stuff. Web site said to allow 2-3 weeks.


At one month I was told they were waiting for a few parts, last week I was told they would ship early this past week, they didn't


How long have you folks who purchased from them in the past had to wait?


2 months plus seem normal?

 

Why don't you call them and ask?

 

took close to 2 weeks for some intiminators to ship for me... was worth the wait though

 

A couple weeks for intiminators recently... they do suggest on the website that shocks take a while.

 

Nobody there to talk to.....you get 3 prompts, Off Road, Harley Fork Division & Shipping. Then you leave a voice message, haven't got a call back yet.

Same responce leaving an e-mail. It's snowing again, so I guess it don't really matter............

 

2 months is way too long. I waited a couple weeks.
I was able to call and talk to someone.
When I ordered they were new to market and I guess they were trying harder then.

 

Intiminators and springs about 3 weeks got them installed over the weekend contact Brian by email he will get back to you
