Default wiring for audio FXDB

Anyone with experience wiring a radio up on a Streetbob? Need to know the best place to pull constant power as well as ignition power. Thanks in advance. Btw, search function doesn't work on my phone as I'm sure this has been addressed at some point...

I've done it for both always-on power (for a usb gps charger plug) and switched power (for laptop etc charger ports in a hard bag). For the former, I ran one line to the positive battery terminal, and one to the frame earth point under the seat (with a 15 amp in-line fuse on both wires for safety/paranoia).

For the latter, I used one of
these add-a-circuit pigtail gizmos these add-a-circuit pigtail gizmos
on the positive wire and ran the neg to the frame earth point (with in-line fuse).

You might need a multi-meter to find a fuse in the fuse-box that's switched, but I used #9, the accessory slot.
